As soon as you place an order with Santhi's Nelai Organics, our dedicated team initiates the shipping process without delay. We aim to ship your order within a 2-3 working day span. However, please note the following exceptions:

• Bulk Orders: Orders with a larger quantity of products may require additional time to prepare and package. We will notify you of any extended processing times for bulk orders.
• Pre-Order or Out of Stock Products: Items labelled as pre-order or temporarily out of stock will require additional time for processing. Once these items are restocked, we will promptly notify you. This may extend dispatch time to 2 to 6 weeks.
• Busy Periods and Unexpected Circumstances: During busy periods, such as holidays or unforeseen situations, there might be a slight delay in processing your order. We kindly ask for your patience during these times.

Shipping Charges

We value your trust and strive to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience. We do not impose any shipping charges for orders above ₹2000. Additionally, a separate charge for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will be applied.
